Elisa 365 Varmistuspalvelu - Pay by users, not by used data
With the Elisa 365 Backup Service, the files in the customer's Microsoft 365 environment are backed up according to the service level chosen by the customer. The service is based on SkyKick technology, which is provided from a SAAS (Software As A Service) platform. The service is fixed priced according to users, so you don't pay any extra fees.
Backups are defined in the SkyKick web portal, through which any file restorations are also performed. The backups are stored in the Azure cloud service.
You can choose from the following options which components of the Microsoft 365 environment are backed up:
- Only Exchange Online (Silver level) (1,80€/month/user 12month term) or
- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Teams (Gold level) (2,79€/month/user 12month term)
The Elisa 365 Backup Service enables secure file backups that can be restored at the user's request. This minimizes the risk of losing important and sensitive files.
The service is centrally provided from SkyKick's SAAS platform and does not require hardware investments from users. The service integrates into the customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment and the users defined there. Backup configurations are always done through a secure connection from the SkyKick portal as shown in the image below.
The solution is sold with 12-month term, that'll renew automatically, if not canceled before renewal date.
