Microsoft Viva consists of nine modules. Each module provides a different aspect of employee experience and can be used independently or together.

  

Viva Connections:

Viva Connections provides a personalized gateway to your digital workplace, where employees can access internal communications, company news, policies, and resources.

 

Viva Engage:

 Connects everyone in your organization through employee communities and conversations with Viva Engage. The company's own social media channel provides an easy way to communicate and discuss. Viva Engage is formerly known as Microsoft Yammer.

Viva Insights:

Viva Insights provides personalized and actionable insights to help individuals and teams improve productivity, wellbeing, and work-life balance.

 

Viva Learning:

Viva Learning makes it easy for employees to discover, share, and engage in learning content from a variety of sources, including LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Learn, and your organization's own content.

Viva Glint:

Surveys allow you to collect information and feedback on how satisfied an employee is with their work. With this information, the company can take steps to improve its organization. Learn more about Viva Glint.

Viva Goals:

Goals is a goal setting and management solution that aligns teams with your organization's strategic priorities, drives results, and drives successful business.

Viva Pulse:

Empowers managers and leaders to seek and act on feedback—staying on pulse, so to speak. Research-based models allow teams to quickly share their experiences and suggestions to determine what is working well and which areas to focus on over time.

 

Viva Amplify:

Reach and engage all employees with centralized campaign management, publishing, and reporting to corporate communicators.
